Jon Crompton

Jon has spent his career lending to landowners with a focus on estates, farms and rural property.

He commenced with NatWest in 1986, joining the Landowners team at Coutts in 2004 where he spent 20 years prior to co-founding Landowners Capital.

Jon is professionally qualified in banking and agriculture and over a 38 year career has built up connections with an extensive network of sector professionals, specialising in the landed and rural sector.

Outside work, Jon enjoys attending auctions, fieldsports and the countryside as well as having an interest in heritage railways and being a passionate rugby union supporter.
